Local files and processing

Originals remain in your source folder’s inbox. OCR, embeddings, thumbnails and catalogue metadata are processed and stored locally. Existing iCloud folders continue using Apple’s synchronisation service.

Network requests

Licence activation and validation use Lemon Squeezy. Software updates use the configured update feed. If you configure optional cloud AI, requests can send selected content to your chosen provider. These services have their own privacy policies.

Diagnostics

The app stores local numeric cleanup timings and counts, processing states, and bounded vector-operation timings. These numeric timing logs do not include filenames or file content. General diagnostic logs can contain paths; review them before sharing. No remote analytics collector is configured in this candidate.

This website

No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Public hosting is being configured.
