Release status

The local candidate has passed a real Desktop cleanup test. Public download and checkout are not yet available.

Compatibility

macOS 26 or later. Apple Silicon M1 and newer. No Intel build.

Before the first public installer

Release signing, notarisation, clean installation and the update path must be verified. Commercial terms and checkout must be finalised. A Mac App Store edition is not currently offered.

Where updates come from

The direct-distribution app uses Sparkle for updates. Public update hosting is being prepared; an updater in a local build does not mean the public feed is ready.
